Billy McLaughlin serves as Director of Business Development for IXE Consulting. He's involved with creating new partnerships with organizations to grow profits and revenues through planning, execution, and management of a supportive team. Billy has previously held several sales and business development positions in the healthcare industry. Billy earned his Master’s in Public Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management in 2016. He currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ.
